What’s the cost?
All new clients are initially required to attend a meet and greet appointment, the cost of this is £20 for one dog, £30 for two dogs.
Ad hoc days in group socialised day care: £33
Regular Day Care Members
Regular day care customers automatically become Red Lodge Canine Country Club Members and receive a preferential rate depending on how many regular days a week they attend as follows:

When booking you agree to our current terms and conditions which includes our cancellation and attendance policy. Day care members must pay a month in advance before the 1st of each month and payment is required when booking for ad-hoc day care bookings.

What’s included?
- Feeding if required (feed to be provided by the owner, measured and clearly marked) up to three times a day
- Medication administered if required (as per veterinary instruction only and to be provided by the owner)
- Structured exercise during the day tailored to your dogs requirements from socialisation in small groups in our purpose built secure paddocks, indoor play area and sensory courtyard with mini agility equipment. Puppies are exercised carefully with puppy appropriate socialisation and enrichment carrying them through to graduation to our ‘big school’ day care and preparing them for the big wide world
- Individual rest areas for downtime with raised orthopaedic beds and luxury microfibre noodle matts
- One to one enrichment time with our healthy treats hidden in Snuffle Mats, treat balls and brain teasing puzzles. Kong’s and LickiMats stuffed with tasty pate, soft cheese and our grain free salmon kibble treats
- Grain free and healthy treats for good behaviour
- Fixed drop off and pick up within our opening hours
- Daily feedback including any training needs and advice
- Access to a client portal where you can view your details, bookings and invoices
- Hundreds of photos are put on Facebook each week
- A chance for your dog to win our prestigious ‘Dog of the month award’
- Arrangement of grooming appointments in our top class onsite salon with experienced groomers (at an additional charge)
Booking
Please complete the online booking form for new enquiries, we will then contact you to discuss your individual requirements and to arrange an initial meet and greet appointment. Further bookings should be requested via the online booking system, login details for this are given at first registration.
Payment is by our online booking system in advance by the first of the month for members or at the time of booking ad-hoc days.

Public holiday information
We are closed for day care on weekends, on all bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
