1. Monthly Progress Reports We understand the importance of tracking your dog’s development. Each month, you will receive a comprehensive report card that includes valuable insights such as:

• Play Friends: Updates on the furbabies your dog is interacting with and their compatibility, helping you track social development.
• Areas of Improvement: Areas where your dog may need more attention, whether in behavior, social skills, or basic training.
• Favourite Activities: Discover what your dog loves most, helping you to nurture their interests and natural abilities.
• Training Focus: A breakdown of the current month’s training theme, including the specific skills we’re working on together.
• Notable Observations: Any behavioural changes, progress, or challenges noticed by our team during your puppy’s time with us.

2. Socialisation & Training Balance Dogs grow through their interactions with others, and socialisation is a key part of their education. Our program ensures that each dog benefits from both group play alongside attention from our expert handlers.

• Small Playgroups: We organise controlled play sessions to prevent overstimulation, allowing your dog to interact with others in a calm, safe environment. These play sessions encourage appropriate play behaviour and foster positive social habits.

3. Play & Enrichment We provide enriching activities that stimulate your dog mentally and physically. Your dog will engage in activities designed to:

• Enhance Cognitive Skills: Games that promote problem-solving and learning.
• Develop Physical Coordination: Exercises to improve balance, agility, and motor skills.
• Encourage Positive Social Behavior: Learning to interact respectfully with other dogs helps build good manners.

4. Priority Boarding Access As your dog progresses through their school days, they’ll become familiar with our environment, which makes our boarding services at Red Lodge Canine Country Club even more beneficial. You will have priority access to booking your dog’s stay with a routine they already know and trust, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure when you’re away.

5. Free Boarding Nights 1 night of free boarding per membership day (for example, 1 day per week = 1 night per year, 2 days per week = 2 nights and so on)

6. Birthday Perks We love to celebrate your dog’s milestones! On their birthday, they’ll receive a special gift and a birthday photo to commemorate the occasion, ensuring that your dog’s special day is just as memorable as theirs.

7. Special Events & Socials Daycare is about more than just training; it’s about fostering a sense of community and fun. Throughout the year, we offer:

• Themed Days: These may include fun activities such as doggy fashion shows, holiday-themed events, or agility challenges.
• Parties & Weekend Socials: Your dog will have the chance to meet other dogs, have fun, and build their social skills outside the regular daycare routine.

8. Basic Training with Our Expert Handlers While we don’t replace formal training programs, we focus on the essential foundations that ensure your puppy is well-mannered and well-behaved:

• Sit, Stay, and Wait: These fundamental commands are essential for everyday interactions and provide your dog with a solid base for future learning.
• Polite Manners with Other Dogs: We help your dog develop good social etiquette with other dogs, ensuring they are confident and respectful in group settings.
• Behavioral Development: We guide you and your dog through behavioral milestones, providing gentle corrections where needed and positive reinforcement to celebrate progress.

9. Controlled Introductions We take great care to match your dog with playmates that align with their personality and energy level. Our handlers oversee each introduction to ensure safe and positive interactions. By matching dogs with similar temperaments, we help them develop better social skills and form lasting friendships.
